That would be anyone who backs Penn State at this ridiculous number. Penn State has been brought back down to earth lately and Daryl Clark isn't as good as he was when they were rolling over bad competition. Michigan State is legit, even though the oddsmakers don't think so. Hell, I give them a shot at winning outright, but will gladly take this ungodly amount of points any day. Only way Penn State covers will be if the Spartans don't show up, and I honestly can't bet on that.
