I have to reply to this, it didn't matter if the Lions had the flu, they are not competitive on an NFL level, this was their second to last shot, but their best shot by being at home, playing a team that was out of the playoffs. They are an embarrasment, and did manage a 6-5 spread record after their bye, two of those were against Minnesota, and how they covered Carolina, I'll never know. If they don't fire that coach and the majority of the management, they will be the Detroit we have seen for the last ten years or so. I can't believe people pay to watch them play, unless you have a ton of action on the other side. How do you go 0-16! I don't think any of those players could make it in todays society. If I live long enough, these people will be the homeless of tomorrow. What a bunch of losers. I played on two championship teams, and on one of them, we had clinched the division, we went down to a 2-10 team, and got are asses kicked. I still remember the look on the coaches face, he was so pissed off, yet he was trying to praise the year we had. It was like a guy with a bright red face, trying to say thanks. It actually was funny because he didn't think we could seee his frustration. It was like I hear what you saying, but I know your lying.
