Sorry for what is obviously a newbie question, but what is the difference between the premium service picks versus the regular service picks (I'm assuming the premium ones are the ones you usually have to pay for, but am not sure). Also, are the "regular' service plays llimited to companies or individuals known for making informed picks, or is it open to anybody who wants to say what they think (regardless of whether or not they may be clinically insane). Thanks.

Premium plays are paid plays while the regular plays are free that services post on various sites. I think the free plays offer lots of info that helps.
