Redskins/Vikings moved to Sunday night
December 10th, 2007

New York, NY (Sports Network) - The National Football League has adjusted its Week 16 schedule, moving the game between the Washington Redskins and Minnesota Vikings in Minneapolis to Sunday night on NBC.

The Redskins and Vikings are among the teams battling for the last NFC wild card playoff slot. Washington will head into Week 15 action at 6-7, while Minnesota is 7-6.

In addition, the league moved the Tampa Bay/San Francisco contest, originally slated for prime time, back to 4:05 p.m. (et), while slotting the contest between the Miami Dolphins and New England Patriots in the 4:15 p.m. (et) window.

The Patriots and Dolphins are both headed toward history -- in opposite paths. New England is undefeated entering this coming weekend's action, while Miami is still winless.
