Sunday Night Football Giants vs. Vikings NFL Picks & Predictions

Will the banged up Vikings produce a cover for bettors when they host the Giants tonight at 8:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Vikings are 7-point home favorites over the Giants while the over/under currently sits at 44 points. Minnesota opened as a 4-point favorite but the number was bet up throughout the week.
The Vikings head into tonight banged up, with Adrian Peterson, Harrison Smith, Anthony Barr and Linval Joseph all showing up on the injury report. But Smith, Barr and Joseph have a chance to return after multi-week absences and Peterson said earlier in the week that he'll play.
The news isn't as optimistic for the Giants, who will be without receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (one-game suspension). New York already owns one of the least efficient defenses in the NFL and is now without its best offensive weapon. It'll be difficult for the Giants to keep pace with a motivated Vikings team that is getting healthier. Plus, even with AP banged up, Teddy Bridgewater is coming off his best performance as a pro and should only build off the success he had last Sunday against the Bears tonight.
