The 2008 NFL Season heads into Week 10 this weekend, with several intriguing matchups on the schedule. Our team of writers and handicappers pick four games from Week 10 and make their predictions.

Jacksonville Jaguars (3-5) at Detroit Lions (0-8), 1:00 PM ET

This stretch of games was supposed to help the Jacksonville Jaguars gear up for a postseason run. Instead, they're falling further out of the AFC playoff picture.

After losing to a previously winless team their last time out, the Jaguars look to avoid a similar fate Sunday when they visit the 0-8 Detroit Lions, who might start recently signed Daunte Culpepper at quarterback.

Jacksonville (3-5) advanced to the AFC divisional playoff round last season, but its postseason hopes this season are looking bleak. The Jaguars trail undefeated Tennessee by five games in the AFC South, and have failed to take advantage of a seemingly easy portion of their schedule.

Following a 23-17 loss to struggling Cleveland on Oct. 26, Jacksonville fell to Cincinnati 21-19 last Sunday as the Bengals won their first game of the year.

In the last meeting between the Lions and Jaguars on Nov. 14, 2004, Garrard made his second career start and threw for 198 yards and two touchdowns in Jacksonville's 23-17 win.

Pick: Jacksonville | Best Line: -6.5 SBG Global

Tennessee Titans (8-0) at Chicago Bears (5-3), 1:00 PM ET

Even though they're off to a franchise-best start, the Tennessee Titans recognize that challenges remain, including playing a significant portion of their remaining schedule away from home.

The Titans look to improve to 4-0 on the road for the first time in team history Sunday when they face a Chicago Bears team that could be without starting quarterback Kyle Orton.

Tennessee (8-0) came away with a 19-16 overtime victory against Green Bay last Sunday, improving to 5-0 at home for the first time since 2003. The win pushed its NFL-best winning streak to 11 games - a stretch that matches the franchise-record run from Oct. 17, 1993-Jan. 2, 1994, when the team was the Houston Oilers.

As well as besting that mark, a win over Chicago (5-3) on Sunday would make the Titans 4-0 on the road for the first time in the organization's 49-year existence. The last time it started 3-0 on the road was 1975.

The Titans have split four games in Chicago, most recently losing 35-32 on Oct. 22, 1995.

Pick: Tennessee | Best Line: -3 SBG Global

Seattle Seahawks (2-6) at Miami Dolphins (4-4), 1:00PM ET

Mike Holmgren made an instant impact at the start of his outstanding coaching career, which appears to be ending in disappointment.

Tony Sparano's early success suggests he may also have a long run ahead of him before considering retirement.

Sparano, who has turned around the once-downtrodden Miami Dolphins, looks to lead them to their third straight win when they face Holmgren and the struggling Seahawks on Sunday.

In January, Holmgren announced this season would be his last. The 60-year-old Holmgren is 10th on the league's all-time coaching victories list with 172 and had only two losing seasons entering 2008, but Seattle (2-6) is hobbled by injuries and isn't likely to make a late playoff push.

Pick: Seattle | Best Line: +8 SBG Global

Kansas City Chiefs (1-7) at San Diego Chargers (3-5), 4:15PM ET

As poorly as the San Diego Chargers have been playing lately, they know they have enough time to make a playoff run. Getting a win over the lowly Kansas City Chiefs would be a good place to start.

The Chargers look to come out of their bye week rejuvenated and avoid dropping their third straight game Sunday when they host the Chiefs.

San Diego (3-5) was expected to contend for the Super Bowl this season, but has already lost as many games as it did last year, when it advanced to the AFC championship game.

Despite their struggles, the Chargers are within 1 1/2 games of AFC West-leading Denver.

Pick: San Diego | Best Line: -15 SBG Global
