Thursday Night College Football Week 4 Odds – Miami At Pittsburgh

Week 4 of the 2010 College Football Season kicks off Thursday night when No. 19 Miami takes on Pittsburgh at 7:30PM ET.

Game Preview:

Miami and Pittsburgh are meeting for the first time since the Hurricanes left the Big East Conference back in 2004. Miami has won the last six games between the two.

Miami is 1-1 this season and coming off a 36-24 loss to Ohio State two weeks ago. The Hurricanes had four turnovers in the loss while allowing 414 yards of offense to the Buckeyes. Jacory Harris was 22-of-39 passing for 232 yards and four interceptions. Damien Berry added 94 yards rushing on 16 carries.

Pittsburgh is also 1-1 on the season as they defeated New Hampshire 38-16 two weeks ago after losing to Utah 27-24 in the season opener. The Panthers have struggled to establish a consistent running game as Dion Lewis has just 102 yards on 35 carries in two games while Tino Sunseri has thrown for 459 yards and three touchdowns.

Miami opened the week as 3.5-point favorites on the road according to oddsmakers from online sports book BroburySports.com. The spread moved down to 3 but has climbed back to 3.5. The over/under started at 51 and has fallen back to 50.5.
