Sacramento has averaged 110+ over their last three games. So they will thrive on the up-tempo as their offense is clicking right now and they are allowing 104.5-ppg on the season. There will be plenty of opportunities to score points here. This one should go comfortably OVER.

At 10 pm, our NCAA Game of the Week is on the St Mary's Gaels plus the points over Oregon. This is a homecoming of sorts for Oregon's coach Ernie Kent, who started his collegate coaching career with these Gaels. His Ducks have been a great team the past couple of years, but the jury is still out on this year's squad, as Aaron Brooks, the Pac 10 leading scorer last season, has graduated and now wears a Houston Rockets uniform. Brooks will be impossible to replace, of course, but the 11th-ranked Ducks might also be without starting guard Bryce Taylor tonight, as he sat out Oregon's last game with a sprained shoulder. And this will be the toughest opponent Oregon has faced this year, as St. Mary's has finished 2nd in the West Coast Conference three times, and third once, in the past four seasons. St. Mary's has gotten off to a 3-0 start for the first time since 1995 (when Ernie Kent was the head man at St. Mary's). St. Mary's is led by 6-11 sophomore center Omar Samhan, who scored 25 points in the Gaels last game. And Samhan will create matchup problems for the smallish Ducks lineup (Oregon's tallest starter is 6'9" Marty Leunen). The Gaels also brought in a trio of Australians, including Patrick Mills, a freshman point guard, who is averaging 10 ppg, 5 assists and 4 steals. Last year, Oregon started out with 13 wins, but they won't get near that amount this season. Look for an upset tonight. Take the points.
At 7 pm, our Tuesday Night NCAA Football Game of the Year is on the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders plus the points over Troy State. In its last game, MTSU lost 34-24 to Louisiana Lafayette as a 13.5-point home favorite, and the Blue Raiders now fall into one of my best College Football systems which plays on certain road teams bounce back from upset losses. This system is 87-29 ATS since 1980, including 5-1 this season. To share in the Conference Championship, Middle Tennessee needs to defeat Troy State on Tuesday, and then hope that the Trojans lose their final game to Florida Atlantic. Sun Belt Conference underdogs of +7 or more points are a solid 27-8 ATS off a conference loss, including 17-3 vs. a foe off a win. Take Middle Tennessee.
