I hate laying 7 points in preseason! This line opened up at 4.5, and as soon as word was out about Palmer not playing, it jumped to -7. The Bengals are having trouble scoring. Three turnovers last week. They did have some control of the clock, holding the ball for 32:55. Seven penalties killed some drives. They were shut out the whole 2nd half.
The Patriots hold a big edge here in return yards, 207 to 86. My hope here is that the Patriots don't give up a ton of points in the 3rd quarter as they will be at home and playing an offense with half the ability of the Eagles last week. This is also Cincinnati's 2nd game on the road and a surface change.
