Regardless of anyone’s political views. I respect each one, but what I saw yesterday made me ashamed to be an American. That is not what I want to teach my kids to do. Not that way or in that manner. If my parents saw me doing that- I would be 6 feet under by now- or not gone home for a very long time. They would have literally, not figuratively kicked my ass. The entire arsenal of leather belts, spoons (wood or metal), rulers.....etc would have been broken. This is not the example we would want to set for our future generation. Feel free to disagree, but that’s how I was brought up - respect and love thy neighbor unless they disrespected you or your family.
