Anybody with a bit of business and personal finance experience knows that a bankruptcy cleans the unsecured debt and is better for companies overburdened with debt. The CEO's are asking for a bailout for themselves. They want to stuff their own pockets with tax payer money just like the financial sector CEO's. Plain and simple. Plants and jobs are still going to be there after bankruptcy and the auto industry will emerge debt free. Trying to fool taxpayers into believing that all the jobs will disappear is preposterous
