I think Weatherman, aka Pop, aka NFLMan, has a secret crush on Bush. Kinda like when you were a child and you had a crush on a girl, but were too afraid to let her know. So you were mean to her instead. Well, Weatherman has a crazy man crush on Bush but is mad because Bush is straight so he bags on him constantly.
