I thought you don't like sheep Poppopt? Are you suggesting that everyone must approve of this stimulus package just because the Dems say it is good? Don't you think it would be better to take time and look at the positives and negatives of this package rather than rush to push it through in his first two weeks of office? This amount of money needs to come from somewhere and I'm not so sure that some of the governmental programs (i.e. Family Planning) that they are proposing giving hundreds of millions of dollars is going to help this economy. This plan may just be what sinks us deeper into a depression. Be careful what you ask for.

Did you see how many Republicans voted for President Obama's stimulus package in the House yesterday?

None. Seriously, not a single one.1

Americans voted overwhelmingly for change in November. We voted for an end to the partisan bickering and political games that are destroying our politics. And President Obama bent over backwards to get House Republicans to craft a bipartisan bill, to no avail.

As the bill moves to the Senate, we need bipartisan support, or the stimulus won't pass. Senate Republicans need to know they have a clear choice: support a stimulus package that will put millions of Americans back to work, or continue to play the games that got us into this mess.

We've put together a powerful new ad to pressure the key senators. Can you chip in $25 to get it on the air immediately?

President Obama spent hours meeting with Republican leaders personally. He made painful compromises to win them over.2

But Republicans refused to play ball. They're insisting on a plan that doesn't invest a cent in green jobs or health care or education. They just want more tax cuts for the rich and for corporations, even though that's part of what got us into this mess.3

GOP leaders will get their way—unless we can convince a few Republican senators who are on the fence.

Can you contribute $25 to our new ad to pressure swing-vote Republican senators? Click here:

the dumbest repigs should be able to understand.

Now, if repigs don't like it they can always turn down all benefits they might receive because of this economic stimulus.

He offered his hand... they bit it ... he offered his other hand .. they bit that too. But he was ok... he expected it. Does anyone seriously think he expected the pubs to play nice? HAHAHAHA

He knows history.

Now ..the new WH admin will run ads against the pubs who denied their constituents new jobs. You got to wonder if republicans can see it.. you cannot play chess with someone who can see several moves ahead of you.

He has also made Oxy Limbaugh their new unofficial spokesman. Brilliant.

They think (pubs) they have a winning strategy of attacking hard first ..like Clinton and Carter... hoping to derail and destroy any positive thing for the American people and destroy Obama's image.

...and continue to destroy the things that help the COMMON GOOD OF ALL.

And this after given every opportunity to have a voice at the table ..literally at his inauguration. They chose to spit in his face fighting the very first bill without a pub in the house voting for it..even after they got concessions in the bill they never deserved.

And everyone has heard by now about how much Obama has tried so hard to reach out to them. It's pissed all of us off. But wait... do not pass judgment yet. There is a well thought out method to his approach.

He is setting them up to take their well deserved fall.. and they will because they are by nature stupid and only motivated by greed. He is exposing them... forcing them to show their true colors.

Making them use up all their energy and expose their crappy ideas .. then go in for the knockout blow. Ali style.
