In the spirit of bi-partisanship I think President Obama should offer the republicans the opportunity to "opt out" of the stimulus package for their districts. This would help those representatives who are torn apart by the fact that their district will get money and jobs that they did not ask or vote for.

We could set up town hall meeting in each of the districts that voted no. Let the people of those districts be present when the congress critter opts to pass on the evil stimulus money.

I think this would move forward our efforts of true bi-partisanship. No one should have something forced on them that they do not want.

In the end.....it would be their choice.

You are going to wish the Dumcraps didn't force this stimulus package on you. How can someone who doesn't pay income taxes receive a tax credit? Sounds like government welfare to me. Anyone making over $150,000/year is F&*%#d. You will see that this "spending bill" will do little to stimulate the economy. Look at Wallstreet's reaction to it.

Dumcraps like Poppopt love terrorists, high taxes, and the word "yeth"

Remember the movie "Roxanne" with Steve Martin and Daryl Hannah. He plays a small town fire captain who puts his $.50 into the newspaper machine, looks at the headlines, screams, puts $.50 in again to put the paper back. That's how I felt this morning looking at an article on the front page of the Wall Street Journal. The headline was "Next Challenge- Spending All That Money."
