Before it goes to the Senate, put back into it the Family Planning provisions. Why the hell should the Democrats give them anything? If the Repigs are just going to stamp their feet and declare that they have no input, then call their bluff and take out the tax breaks for business that they insisted on, and put back in the Family Planning funding that they objected to. .......they are big crybabies
