There is only one way out of this mess-- Massive stimulus packages. $1,000 checks to everyone monthly. Zero interest rates, why reward citizens with interest on their money? With no interest it might encourage people to start spending---Buying cars. Buying homes.
It doesn't do any good to place blame on anyone, start making stimulative moves before it's too late. The worst case would be for President Bush to hole up in a cocoon for his last 10 weeks, we need action now.
