It doesn't get much better than a 9-0 evening, but that's exactly what we did last night in sweeping the board... with our win on Minnesota the night before, we have now won ten straight games, and have picked up +21 UNITS in the process....

3/12 NBA:
Milwaukee @ Atlanta 7:35 PM EST
Atlanta -1 over Milwaukee (2 Units)
Whenever the Bucks and the Hawks have faced one another in the past, the winning team has been very little of a surprise, as the favorite in this series is not only a perfect 9-0 straight up, but has covered each of the last six contests... and with the Hawks slightly favored to defeat Milwaukee this evening, we have little choice to pay attention to that trend and decide whether or not Atlanta can pull off their third straight home win against the Bucks...
While Atlanta has had a miserable season in almost every sense of the word, they have still been a very solid team whenever they play at home, winning six of their last eight games to improve their home mark to 18-13 on the season... a big key for Atlanta's success against Milwaukee has been their offense, as they have scored 98+ points in each of their last five home tilts against the Bucks, and are averaging 100.8 ppg in those contests... with Milwaukee still having a difficult time on defense, allowing 105+ points to three of their last four opponents, Atlanta's chances for sustained offensive success at home rise quite a bit...
And while Milwaukee has been on quite the scoring tear at home, lighting it up on the road seems to be a rare occasion, as Milwaukee is averaging just 88.8 ppg in their last six road contests, and have failed to score more than 100 points in any of those contests... and while we would hardly expect this to be the case, the Hawks have been an absurdly successful small favorite against Eastern Conference competition, compiling an 8-1 SU and 6-2-1 ATS mark as a favorite of three points or less versus the East...
Atlanta has also held three of their last four opponents at home to just 86 points, showing a squad that may actually be learning how to play defense... and while we don't expect the Bucks to be shut down that handily, we can certainly see them keeping the Bucks from scoring over the century mark for their seventh consecutive road game... the Bucks have scored just 172 total points in their last two trips to Atlanta, and with the Hawks having scored 98+ in each of their last four home games against Milwaukee, any semblance of defensive success should allow the Hawks to squeak by with a win... while we don't love this play, we believe that the Hawks are a solid enough bet to emerge with a victory to make this a 2-unit wager...
FINAL PREDICTION: ATLANTA 100, MILWAUKEE 94
