The Eagles have not lost two games in a row since September of 2000. It the longest such streak in the NFL. I think that the Eagles cover rather easily, winning by at least a touchdown. Eagles opportunistic defense will force an early turnover by blitzing Matthews right up the gut. Florida didn't play against physical corners like Taylor and Vincent and Spurrier's offense will be befuddled. Eagles will run misdirection on offense and their gameplan will pick apart Trotter with traps and crossing patterns across the middle. McNabb always comes up huge after a loss and expect a big game.
I'm with ya Tripper. Home underdog theory loses tonight. Spurrier's offense is getting too much credit. Journeyman Shane Matthews will get stymied again like he did agianst the Birds in the playoffs last year for Chicage.
