Ok...passwords to my AOL account are not working. Any ideas from anyone on the board. Hold time at AOL is over 60 minutes. I am pissed!

Cash, you are right about AOL!

Yup, they think you are spamming. They cut off your account.

Gotta get it reset and not send those out from AOl anymore.

How is it spamming if people request the information? How the hell do I get 30 junk pieces of mail every day, but I send out something people want and ADIOS CAPPER CHRIS! Then, wait over an hour for them to help. BASTARDS! [Mad]

Told you, AOL = BAD. I hear what you are saying but they just ain't having it. They are real sticklers about that too. You will get your account back up but won't be able to do that anymore

That's exactly what she said...wait 24 hours before sending again. If I try again and get locked out, that means it's a no-go. God forbid they drop me an e-mail to tell me before this happens.

Well, all that typing and I may need to go back to posting in the forum. Oh well.

Ugh, AOL! I cannot say enough bad things about them. Their techs are complete idiots and it is common for them to block your mail servers if they think it is spam (even if it is clearly not)
We have about 2,100 customers that use AOL and a few months ago they blocked our mail and all those players could not get their email notifications. Such a hassle to deal with and you cannot contact anybody with a brain over there.

Gotta agree 110% there. I just can't understand how a company like that can have such stupid policies and poor customer service. I guess that says a lot for the marketing machine they have.

Sending out them CD's on the back of my cereal must just be too over-powering for some.

I think the worst is how they won't allow you to take their software off their machine. Nice scam
