Honestly, it's not a great game to wager a bunch on. But, upon further review...
* Playing against neutral field underdogs after they were outrushed by 125 or more yards last game are a good bet, cashing 82% of the time.
* Navy is 36-14 ATS in road games after playing a non-conference games since 1992.
* Navy is 44-19 ATS in road games since 1992.
All make me think a small wager on Navy is in order here. Neither team can play much defense, but I will stay away from the total since the weather is cold and windy and neither team has a great offense either.
