Yo,
Huge news in my mailbox today from BoDog. After many months of passing on Neteller to do their processing in-house they finally announced today that Neteller is now an option for Deposits and Withdrawls.
This is big news for many reasons but what sticks out to me is the customer relationship aspect. Their in house processing (EBanx) is top notch but most people like the ease and reputation of Neteller. BoDog heard this from their customers and potential customers and decided to evolve with the demand. To me this shows a huge understanding of the marketplace.
If you didn't have enough reason to have BoDog as an out before, now you have another.
