Looks like they are having some kind of outage. Right now not sure what it can be attributed too but it's affecting everyone not just you I am afraid.

Yea probably, looks like nobody is getting in.
You need to take part of your bankroll and split it up into two or three outs. That way you can line shop and you never get shut out if there are tech problems.
