Figured I'd get some discussion going around an interesting topic to me. It's probably more for MC, Boxer, and anyone else who has a web site they maintain.
With all there is in keeping a web site going (especially one like Bettors Network), has your capping gotten better or worse?
I would think it could work both ways: if you spend less time on capping, you may do worse because you have less time to make a quality assessment...
But at the same time, maybe you used to spend too much time and overthought your picks, and now you find you are more efficient, and so are doing better.
Does anyone else find that they do better or worse the more time they spend on other activities (outside of capping)?
MC, how are you faring?
Boxer, how are you faring (in relation to before there was the Boxer Sports site)?
Nice, glad to see a post like this where we can get an actual discussion going. Nice job NL!
For me personally I would have to probably say that it has gotten worse. However, the flip side of that is now I probably make more money then I did before. My personal handicapping suffers but at the same time being in this position gives me access to people and info that I never used to have.
Hell, the only thing I really use on the site is the line feed and the scores because I just don't have the time.
Not sure about everyone else but I know personally these days I have more business to handle then I have time for handicapping.
Nice thread, thanks again NL.

I have now been spending less time capping and doing better overall. I use to over-analyze games and it would get me the wrong result.
Using this site has saved me time and money. I get better info which has turned into more $. Thanks MC!
Once I get back from CR boss I will be adding a bunch more sh*t. I'm looking to add parlay, teaser and parlay/teaser calculators and to automate all the contests so FL and T-Bone can get on break. Plus some other match-up and stats stuff for ya'll.

nice.... very nice.
Interesting stuff. I guess it really -can- work either way. Thanks for sharing.
Once I get to where I want to be and can step back a little from the business end I think I will be a lot better handicapper then when I started the site. I don't see that anytime soon though so maybe there will be a new sport by then
