If anyone has money there please let me know. Business continues on like normal for now and I am confident everyone will be paid in full. I am hearing they will most likely be bought out or merge with another book.
In the event it doesn't go down like this and you would like my help in some way just let me know.

Previously quite reputable, what happened to them (and other good books) to make them hit the skids?
Been following some of the discussion at other boards, but it's hard to separate fluff from fact.
