I've been 2-0 in intracity games posted here in the last few days with St Joe's getting it done on Sat, and Nova covering last night ( I was fortunate to have it +7' ). I don't claim to be a top notch hoops capper and don't bet too many games, but tonight there is another intracity game that I feel presents an opportunity for us. Xavier has been a thorn in Bob Huggins side for the last 5 or 6 years. They beat the Bearcats last year in Cinn and have beaten the Cinn 4 times in the last 6 years. This string includes some wins over some highly ranked Bearcat teams. Cinn is 5-1 SU and 4-1 ATS in road games this season. The Muskies have lost 5 of 6 SU including home losses to St Joe's and Richmond. Cinn is playing off a home loss to UNCC in it's last game. I look for a revenge minded, angry, and determined Bearcat squad to take the floor tonight. Xavier, though still very talented, seems like a team that is looking for answers since the departure of David West to the NBA. I don't think they'll find them tonight.
