Reason:Currently what part of the Chicago is better than what part of Philadelphia? The short answer is nothing. Chicago cannot stop anyone from scoring and are coming off a demorailzing defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings. With dissention in the Chicago locker room Dick Jauron has had his hand full trying to get his team to concentrate on the Eagles. Jim Miller is going to try and start but he is admitingly having pain in his arm every time he throws the ball. With the issues to the offensive line of Chicago, and the bickering in the locker room, we look for the well prepared Eagles team to have a solid and deliberate game on their way to a 31-20 win.
