Reason: In last weeks preseason games there were two interesting developments. First, Tennessee had major success running the football and pounded the Rams defense. We feel that the running game will still be there tonight especially against an Oakland team that could not stop the run in their first preseason game versus Dallas. Second, Oakland seemed unprepared for live action. This was evident in the seventeen penalties that Oakland committed. Tonight, Jeff Fisher is planning on giving the starters extensive playing time because he does not want them playing much on the turf in Minnesota next week. Also, Neil O'Donnell is healthy and will get to see action tonight. These factors coupled with the fact that Rich Gannon and the Oakland starters will not see much playing time so that the Oakland coahing staff can evaluate their fring players makes this a solid play on Tennessee.
