We suffered a "bad beat" yesterday when the Rams outgained the Bears 325-289. The problem was the 5 fumbles by the Rams, including 3 in the red zone!! That's hard to overcome. We're back at it today with a complimentary play in today's Colts/Bengals game. We also have a play on the Browns/Lions game. Why not check us out? We offer the cheapest packages on the net. You can get a week's worth of selections for only $25! www.thebettorsedge.com

8/17 Play: BENGALS to +150

Reason: This game pits two teams with two different agendas. On the one hand we have the Indianapolis Colts, who return 9 of 11 starters on offense. The Colts are settled in what they want to accomplish this season, and really do not need a lot of work. We don't expect to see the Colts starters through the first quarter, if they even make it that far. Further complicating things for the Colts, is the game-time decision of center Jeff Saturday. If he can't go, we might see Manning in the game for only 1 to 2 series. The Colts defense expects to see a bit more work, and will probably play the entire first quarter. The Bengals on the other hand face an entirely different situation. The Bengals have a three man race for the starting quarterback position. Gus Frerrote will start, with John Kitna finishing the first half. After that Akili Smith will most like play the rest of the way. The offensive line will play the entire the first half in order to give both Frerrote and Kitna a fair shake. Morale is high in the Bengals camp after their come from behind win over Buffalo. In that game, Cincy threw for 190 yards and rushed for another 180 led by second year back Rudi Johnson. We feel the motivation to win is defiantly on the Bengals side. Getting +150 on the moneyline appears to be excellent value.
