All these big time cappers with their games of the week, month, year, decade, etc. all SUCK. Every week I continue to monitor these picks on forums and they all blow. Does anyone know someone that wins consistently, cause I'd like to know where they are.

Mr.nice remember everyone has there winning streaks and losing streaks.what you have to do is wait for a hot capper and jump on them and when they start losing jump off.As you know i was hot for a while then i cool off.it is the capping nature.

The only one that cares about your money is YOU. If you do not trust your own selections and must use a tout at least do some research. Most are bad, some are streaky and a select few are consistant over the LONG run. Wagering in conjunction with money management will produce a profit but it is a grind and a long term venture. Chasing yesterdays mistakes or looking to score big in a day is the path to ruin. When you think you may be interested in someones selections, follow their picks at least a month, with your OWN records and not their embellished self glossing. You may be pleasantly surprised if you spend less time tout searching and more time researching. Sometimes your favorite sport is not the one that you handicap the best. Be open to the possibility that you may have to watch one sport for enjoyment and another for profit. All the best.

Great post Moose.

You are definitely right on all counts. The majority of pro handicappers are 90% marketing and 10% handicapping. Just like with toothpaste and cereal, a pretty package can show huge sales even when the product is sub-par at best.

If you are going to use a pro in your wagering, use them as an accessory to your own handicapping or be 100% confident in the handicapper and be comfortable with the fact that you may lose.....alot!

When searching for a capper follow Moose's advice. Find a legitimate monitoring service and watch who you may like to retain for a few weeks before paying for anything. There are very good cappers out there. I am not ashamed to say that I use Ben Burns hockey picks. I consider it an investment. I know he is the real deal because I never get one piece of bullshit email from him and his record is outstanding. I also understand that if I lose 10,000 using his picks then that is on me not him. Because when it comes down to it you are really the only one responsibile for how you spend your money. Just like when I am at the casino and the idiot next to me won't hit at 4 against a 10, if I stay and get my dick knocked in it's my own fault and nobody else's.

Bottomline, there are good cappers out there. But a fancy name and mailers with incredible graphics DO NOT guarantee a guy who wins. Do your research!
