Man, I love the weekends now! First week in the NFL and looking at these games:

BIG:
BEARS -4.5 (handled Moss last year with their D, should be just as good this year, Offense should be better this year with Thomas in from the start and a great group of receivers with Robinson back proving he's as good as ever and Dez White looking great, look for Shoop to open up more this year) Bears 24, Vikings 14
CLEVELAND (5-0-2 agains't spread at home so they defend their homefield great, defense is swarming and fast, finally have a running game with Green to take pressure off Couch) Cleveland 27, KC 17 *note: This only applies if Couch can come back from his arm injury and play*
INDY -3.5 (Offense will score at will, defense this year will suprise a lot of people with Dungy taking over and he has promised not to mess with the offense, Jacksonville gets back Taylor but lost McCardell and Boselli and Smith sat out entire preseason so offense will be out of sync from the start, Dungy can concentrate on stopping Taylor because Smith will need some time to get re-acquainted with Brunell with no other real receiver on the other side, Jaguar D lost heart and soul in Nickerson) Indy 34, Jacksonville 21
PITTSBURGH -2.5 (revenge, opening day for Super Bowl champ never good, nothing else needs to be said!) Pitt 27, NE 17

HUGE:
GREEN BAY -7 (Home opener with revenge equals slaughter, Vick not ready to win let alone compete on the road in one of the best home-field advantages, Green bay will stack the line stopping the run and forcing Vick to beat them with his arm - no way) Green Bay 31, Atlanta 14
MIAMI -8 (Florida in September - forget about it! Miami D as good as ever, offense better with Williams running, Detroit has big offensive problems and a looming QB controversy, D nothing special, the suffocating heat and humidity along with a suffocating defense makes this one a cakewalk) Miami 24, Detroit 9

Of course, all input is encouraged and welcomed !
