I'm involved in almost every situation possible.
1. i bet with a street guy.
2. i take bets from punks from 3 different universitys.

but i am a fan of the off shore books. most street bookies i know are only open for a short period of time so if you want to hit the late game you have to have it in before 8. off shore books you can bet whenever you want, not to mention making a visit to the casinos without having to leave your house:)

are you still unable to use a visa debit card?
ive used debit cards for years without a problem. it also eliminates the chance of an offshore ripping you for more than you deposited.
seeing that alot of banks offer free checking and give the debit cards gratis, setting up an account with your local bank is easy. you deposit what you want to send off shore and leave a few bucks in the bank account to keep it open.

i have also used debit cards frequently over the last few years, for some reason, i am not able to use it for about a week now, don't know if there are ongoing changes or what
