A Las Vegas sports handicapping service provider sued in Clark County District Court to stop 16 online sports-betting entities from stealing and selling the handicapping services and selections of its sports handicappers to their subscribers.

Global Sports Edge Inc., formerly known as Sports Entertainment Inc., sued K.J. Sports.com, Consensus Online.com, SportsMonitor.com, BrianMac.com, Rocky's of Hawaii, Sports Den, Inside Info Plays, Gamblers World, Sports Consensus Online, OffShore Bettor, Game Time Report, Sports Just Sports, Big Green Machine, Consensus USA, Consensus 900 and Sports Monitor.

Global Sports, which said it owns the tradenames Wayne Roots' Millionaire's Club, High Rollers Club, Chairmans Club and Fortune 500 Club, Larry Ness, Chet Coppock, Randy White, Big Al and Big Al's Sportsline, said the defendants improperly appropriated Global's proprietary information that it sells to subscribers.

SportsMonitor.com was also accused of defaming Global Sports when it claimed Global Sports' founder Wayne Root is "ruthless," used questionable business practices and operates a "boiler room service."

The defendants could not be reached for comment on Global Sports' allegations.

There are several sites that don't appear on here that surprise me. There are a couple that are on that list that seem odd too. Everyone always knew this could be a possibility, it will be interesting to watch how this plays out.
