anyone have success using capping software?
I've done well using MrNFL and MrCFB. There
are some other programs i've heard about with
good reputations too.

the mrnfl/cfb software is free for the first 8 weeks and has stats going back to 1983 included
so even if you decide not to buy it you'll have
a good resource.

Where can you get these programs, and also do you have to update info every week? Thanks!

you can download it free at
www.mrnfl.com for both programs.
it is fully functional for the
first 8 weeks - after that you
have to purchase a registration.

every week you download the updated
stats at no fee right thru all the
bowl games and superbowl.

What type of winning percentage did you get last year with both of the programs? Also, do they have a rating system for the plays, with some plays being stronger than others? Thanks for the info- they look like cool programs!

sorry - i don't have a percentage - i just know
i wound up with a lot of $$$.

no the program doesn't give the plays a rating but you can create your own. the way i do it is create a number of formulas that show good winning percentages and have the program generate
a consensus sheet showing each formula's picks in a table format. usually i'll go with a team that has multiple picks with none disenting.

i've found the over/unders are extremely strong.
