Gentlemen,
Today CappersNetwork.com inked a deal with a well known handicapping service. This deal brings them into the famliy as a paying advertiser. Because of this I am going to have to make some changes to "The Book Joint" thread.
Once I have them up and make the official annoucement you will no longer be able to post info regarding your packages/rates or your URL in either your post or signature.
I'm sure some of you will be salty but I am sure all of you also know that if you were paying to advertise here and I allowed others to promote in our most popular thread that wouldn't go over very well.
1) You may still use the promotions thread. It is and always will be a part of CappersNetwork.
2) You may still post a free pick or write-up in "The Book Joint" and interact with the members, you just can't attach any promotion to it.
3) This will be in effect until at least August 2003. At that point if these folks don't choose to stay on or someone else doesn't step in to replace them "The Book Joint" will go back to just how it is today.
4) If any of you that will be affected by this would like a page in the free picks area, email me. [email protected] .
Finally, this doesn't go into effect probably till Monday because we need to move some things around to make room for them. So, feel free to use this last weekend to include with your plays your URL or any specials you are running.
