FREE NCAA Football POWER SYSTEM!

FREE NCAA Football POWER SYSTEM:

In Game 1, play AGAINST a home favorite of 10+ points before a non-conference road contest in its next game and a conference contest after that vs. an opponent playing a road contest in its next game. (16-0 ATS, +11.2 ppg)

From Section 1 of the 2006 NCAA FOOTBALL POWER SYSTEM e-CYCLOPEDIA, which looks exclusively at season openers, we find a situation in which double-digit home favorites have been flat. These are usually non-conference games, and with a non-conference road game coming up next before finally facing a conference foe, these disinterested hosts have usually won the games outright but have failed to cover the spread in 16 straight contests dating all the way back to 1985, falling more than 11 points short on average.

While they have been caught looking ahead and have not given their Game 1 opponent quite enough respect, the visitors have been focused with another road game on deck and no reason to overlook the task at hand.

A couple of qualifying MAC schools gave BCS Conference teams some trouble last year, as Western Michigan beat the spread by a whopping 24 points at Virginia, and Akron covered by double digits at Purdue.
