Toronto -5 Well believe it or not the Raptors are playing better without Vince Carter they have won and covered their last their last 6 games and are coming off of a easy win over these same Bulls who have quit for the year in my opinion they have lost SU and ATS in their last 7 overall. Toronto is playing some very solid ball and are 5-2 ATS in the last 7 meetings! The Raptors are playing to get into the playoffs and the Bulls are done for the season as evidenced by their play of late and are making tee times for the off season so take the Raptors to get an easy win here!
