We went 0-1 last night as the Nuggets failed to slow down the red hot Pistons. Big card tonight, but only have 2 plays. Here's one we really like.
11/8 Play: GRIZZLIES +14
Reason: Sacramento returns from a brutal East Coast trip in much worse shape then when they left. Upon losing to NY on Wednesday, the squad concluded a 4 game in 5 day stretch. Well they have only been back home for 1 day, and did not practice yesterday. Among the walking wounded are Vlade Divac, Keon Clark and Scott Pollard. This team has had no time to rest or gather themselves and must go back at it tonight. Memphis comes to town fresh off decent showings againt Portland and San Antonio. Memphis was in both games till the end, but are still searching for that first win. With so many injuries to Sacramento's front court, Memphis should have their way up front with Swift, Gasol and Gooden, as well as Wright. IMO 13.5 points is just too much for Sacramento to be laying here. Add in a bit of revenge for Memphis after Sacramento pounded them 116-99 in Memphis, and we think Memphis makes for a solid play.
