Looking to dive into March Madness with a HUGE contest! What I need from all of you is ideas on the format we will use. Brackets, round match-ups, etc.

MC, we could use CBS sportsline to run it. I used it last year. Works great.
For one, I'd prefer picking after each round, rather than having to pick all rounds before it begins.
If picking before each round, we could use spreads (or not).
like nl plan count me in for anything. 
I'm for what ever is decided. I'll help in anyway I can. I do like nl's idea of picking each round separately.
