I don't like this match up for my beloved Gamecocks. SC likes to play a pressure "D", and use their speed to recover from trapping. This is OK when you only have to roll to 1 or 2 great shooters.
Memphis has 4 starters that have taken over 100 3 pointers. These guys can light it up. Unless Memphis has an awful shooting performance, they will get this one in style.
Also look for Memphis to benefit from their size advantage, and get some easy points in the paint. SC does not play anyone over 6'7'', and it will hurt them today.
