I placed the following wagers tonight in The Mercedes Championship starting tommorow in Hawai.
Justin Leonard (-130) vs. Nick Price
Shigeki Maruyama (-140) vs. Rich Beem
Ernie Els (-125) vs. Sergio Garcia
I like your Maruyama and Leonard plays. Can't go against Sergio and I'm a big Els fan. I just hink this kid is going to have a great year and it starts here. With that said I don't think I'm playing any golf props, too many college hoops games to look at all the time, so I hope you hit them all.

I'm starting to question the Els play myself as i just found out he switched to Titleist clubs after years with Taylor Made. It usually takes guys a while to adjust to new sticks.Els record on this course is very good and i understand Sergio is a girl chaser. Who knows maybe all of that young tail will have him off his game this weekend.Els wants badly to give Tiger a run for his money this year and certainly has a better temperment for it than Garcia or Mickelson.

He's going to have a big year. I don't think he plays the PGA event next week. Too bad. I have a good shot to win all 3 wagers today as Els is up 16 , Maruyama up 7, and Leonard up 3. All with 1 round left. We'll see what happens.
