3X-- PITTSBURGH PIRATES +146
This number is inflated solely by expectations. The Phillies will be a solid team this year, but I look for value in these lines. Millwood has not earned this type of respect this spring and I will side with Wells. Wells has had success against Philadelphia and the Pirates are heading in a new direction. They opened up strong last season-- I think they get their opener today.
