Basketball Betting Odds and Previews: Feb. 4
Atssportsline.com

The football season ended on Sunday night with a dramatic finish and at ATS Sportsline, we ended on a good note hitting our top play. But we digress because as a bettor, if you haven't made the transition to basketball, now is the time. There are few good betting opportunities in college and pro hoops tonight so take advantage.

Let's get ready for another Big Monday

Notre Dame (18-4, SU, 10-9 ATS) at Syracuse (18-3 SU, 10-7 ATS)

Last game (1/21/12) NOTRE DAME (-9) over Syracuse, 67-58. Notre Dame has won three straight and four of five. Beating Depaul in overtime on Saturday, isn't exactly an accomplishment, 79-71ot giving 6 on the road. But they just keep winning when it counts. Syracuse has lost two straight games, including a 65-55 loss at Pittsburgh on Saturday, getting 3.5. They have been shorthanded and the loss of James Southerland has not helped Notre Dame is 2-5 ATS last 7 vs. Big East. College Hoops Line: Syracuse is a 9-point favorite. Total: 134.5.

Chicago (29-18 SU, 20-27 ATS, 19-28 O/U) at Indiana (28-19 SU, 25-22 ATS, 18-28-1 O/U)

Last game: (12/4/12) Indiana (-4) over CHICAGO, 80-76. This will be a grimy, low-down, physical, basketball game. Chicago is missing point guard Kirk Hinrich and might miss Carlos Boozer (hamstring), but they always find a way to compete. They found a way to beat Atlanta on the road, 93-76 on Saturday, getting 7. Indiana is coming off two straight wins including a very impressive victory on Friday against Miami at home, 102-89, getting 2. Indiana is 4-0 ATS last 4 on Mondays. Pro Basketball Odds: NL. Total: NT.

Dallas (20-27 SU, 27-20 ATS, 29-17-1 O/U) at Oklahoma City (35-12 SU, 27-18-2 ATS, 24-23 O/U)

Last game: (1/18/13) Oklahoma City (-5.5) over DALLAS, 117-114ot. These two teams played two great games this season with both contests going overtime. For some reason, they match up well despite Dallas' record. The Mavs are now in their fourth straight road game and have won just one of three. They did beat Phoenix on Friday, 109-99, getting 2.5. Dirk Nowitzki (groin) and Chris Kaman (concussion) are both questionable. Same with Okc start Kevin Durant (ribs), who was injured in a shocking loss to Cleveland on Saturday. The Thunder fell 115-110, as a 11-point road favorite. Dallas is 6-0 ATS last 6 road games. Hoops Odds: NL. Total: NT.
