it is a bit different then the regular off-shore books.my place is where a lot of big time local books went off-shore.the place i go through just records and figures out the bets.they dont get paid form me.it is like a local bookie in costa rica.best of both worlds i have.don't have to give them any money and a local guy that runs it pays me.
