The Suns have little to play for now except pride as only a miracle can put them back in the Playoff race. But they have won two in a row Straight Up. The Suns won at Home on Monday SU versus the Cavaliers, and outright at the Clippers on Saturday as eight point Dog. This is the second of a well-spaced three game Homestand, with the Clippers coming in for game three on Friday. This is also the fourth and final meeting of the season between these teams, with the Home team winning and covering the first three events easily.
The Lakers, a team i hate, played last night and won SU up versus the Cavaliers. Most of the starters sat out late in the contest. They figure to be ready for this one in an important event for them in an attempt to gain in Western Conference Playoff positioning. But the Lakers have lost the cover on six of their last eight games, are 12-16 Against The Spread as Road Favorite, and have lost the cover on five of their last six Road events.
