I love this game here.Lakers playing with revenge of losing by 10+ points is 5-1 ATS at home.Anouther big factor is the laker team is rested. as for the nets they just played last nite and i expect them to be tired. also Kidd played 43 minutes last nite i expect him to be tired after scoring 41 points for his team.The last 5 games, the nets are 1-4 and 1-3-1 ATS. and the nets are 4-13 ATS (-10.3 Units) off 3 or more consecutive road losses since 1996.

I hate to be the contrarian but I went the other way and played the Nets +7 tonight. The nets are a deep team that plays lots of guys and the 4 in 5 won't affect them as much as some other teams. When the nets come to play no team in the league should be giving them 7 points, esp this under 500 Lakers squad. I don't think anything would please Byron Scott more than to go back to his old haunt and beat his old team. Good luck guys even though we're on different sides here.
I hate to say i told you so as my BB plays for the most part suck lately. I think that for a while longer there will be a lot of line value in betting against the lakers. The line value is good because there are so many that still think they are agood team. Shaq and Kobe's supporting cast are not what they were. Shaq is not up to the herculean effort to carry this team and Kobe wants to play somewhere else. Unless they do something major before the trade deadline i think the LAL are a go against team until the oddsmakers finally figure out how bad they are.
