MC (or anyone else),

Any local insight on the Pistons tonight? After returning from a brutal road trip, they run into another team on a downward trend in the Rockets.

Lines look to be around Detroit -4.5 to -5.5. Regardless of their current string, I feel quite confident that the Pistons will break out of it and revive themselves strongly at home.

But any local flavor is always nice to know, too.

Good luck to all.

If you have a broadband connection, u can listen to our local station here online from your computer. www.wdfn.com . They have a pistons insider before game time most home games. Plus the crew on in the afternoon has a decent grasp on the betting angles.

Personal opinion I say lay off. I don't know much about Houston on the road but I do know that the Pistons are tired and bummed about that road trip. That was the longest losing streak of the year and I think it took a lot out of them and it will be a few games before they get their groove back.

So, I would have to say DON'T bet the Pistons, but I have no opinion on if Houston can pull off a cover here. If I had to make any play on this game I would buy the 174.5 up to 175 and take the under.
