We split last night as we had the Titans and the Over. Keep in mind that there is a good deal of money to be made in the last 2 weeks of the NFL. SF for one, has already made it known that key players will be getting a rest next week against Arizona. Should be interesting. Tonight we turn to the NBA for a play on the moneyline:

12/17 Play: HORNETS +180

Reason: If this game were being played on a neutral court we would list the Hornets as a small favorite. With all the backlash going on in Portland concerning the Jailblazers, we don't think Portland's homecourt advantage is anything close to what it once was. After playing 5 games against the East on the road, the Blazers return home to face one of the Eastern Conferences finest in the New Orleans Hornets. The Hornets are in the midst of a grueling road trip, in which they have already played Utah, LAL, and Sac. After defeating both Utah and LA, the Hornets dropped one to Sacramento as expected. However, they have now had a day to recoup and refocus. Portland has been mediocre at home going 6-4 SU and 4-5-1 ATS. You never know which Portland team is going to show up, however, you know you are going to get tough defense, and a solid effort every night from New Orleans. The clincher for us was getting 180 on the moneyline. Ask yourself this, if you woke up tomorrow and saw that the Hornets beat the Blazers, would you really be that surprised? Didn't think so.

Packages begin at only $25!! Check us out!

Seems like a solid play to me. After the thrashing they put on the Lakers the other night i would not be the least bit surprised if the Hornets won this game.
