Indiana +3 vs Michigan St
With 18 returning starters, the Hoosiers should be able to win a couple of league games this year. No better spot than their Big 10 home opener against this young and mistake prone Spartan squad. Indiana has won at Oregon and Mich St lost at Rutgers and lost at home to a very average ND squad, in a game where they turned the ball over 6 times and showed their lack of experience. This is a make or break year fir Ind coach Dinardo and I expect a big effort from the Hoosiers in their first league game.

Arizona +3 vs Wash St
Coach Stoops has this team headed in the right dirction and they will play hard as a home dog this week. The Cougars return only 6 starters and have a tough oponent in store for them. Pac 10 wins have been infrequent for the Cats in recent years, i expect Coach Stoops to get his first on Sat.
NC St +9' at Va Tech
I just think this is too many points here. While Va Tech has played well to date they are still young, inexperienced and in somewhat of a retooling mode. The Wolfpack return the most starters (18) of any team in the ACC with 10 back on defense. The Phil Rivers era may be over, but talented RB Maclendon is back. Last weeks loss to Ohio State will have NC St fired up and ready to hit with a team that they match up well with physically. The Wolfpack are 6-0 ATS in their last 6 games as road dogs. We'll give them a shot here to complete my all underdog NCAA Sat.
Wake Forest +1 vs Boston College
It seems like every time the public bets a team from a dog to a favorite, the fave loses. I sat by ( no bet ) last week and watched the Cinn bearcats lose to Syracuse in a similar situation. The Deacons opened as a 1 pt fave here and as of this writing are going off as a 1 pt home dog. I'll try the home dog here.
