Smart and concise - It's what I'm doing right now. I'm stockpiling my winnings until I have the necessary cash on hand to open my offshore account in time for football. The same principle works also with the local bookie. He may start you out on "credit" for the first week, but if you don't win right away you better have the money in reserve to cover the losses. good points brought up mike. the thing that bothers me with this issue is the government playing "big brother" to us. i dont know about any one else, but the money i earn, i would care to make my own decisions how and where i spend it,---- not to mention with the state lotteries being promoted out the wazoo, the government is talking out both sides of their mouth as far as im concerned.
