The Tours stop this week is at The TPC at Sugarloaf in Duluth,Ga outside of Atlanta. Many players choose to skip this week to prepare for the Masters , but there are a few matches worth a wager.
These are the 2 wagers that I have placed so far :

Cink -150 over Kendall
Cink is a Ga tech alum who plays well on this track with 4 top 10's in the last 5 years. His game has steadily improved since the return from the west coast and i look for a strong performance from him here.

Weir +120 over Mickelson
Phil has spent the last 3 or 4 weeks at home with his new baby and has not played since the Accenture match play event. His last stroke play event was in San Diego where he got thumped by Tiger on Sun. I think Phil's focus this week will be practicing the type of shots he will need to play at Augusta next week, and getting the rust off his game. He has a wonderful record at this course, but i will go against him here. Other than Tiger I can't think of anyone who is hitting it any better than Mike Weir.
I am in agreement with the " tour insider " when I look at other players who will perform well this week. They are Billy Andrade, Scott McCarron, and David Toms. I am looking for head to heads featuring these players. if I find some I like I will post them.
Here is a bet that can be placed at Olympic at present that illustrates how much 1 player is dominating the game of golf :

Masters Tournament

Tiger Woods +160
Rest of the Field -200

Incredible !!

My season record to date in posted PGA head to heads on this forum is 39-27-5 +1045

Higg,

Where did you find the matchup with Andrade vs Janzen. I really wanted to bet on Andrade this week but my regular places did not have a matchup featuring him. Is it online or with a bookie ? Is it a 3 day only matchup or for best score after all 4 rounds ? I've seen them both ways.

I had a blast in your town last week. Weather and courses we played ( Keenes Pointe and Grand Cypress ) were great, I also like everything about Portofino Bay Hotel and Universal Resort. Got really wasted over at City Walk a few times. Drinking margaritas and watching the tiny hiney walk by. Your Couples play looks like a good one, wish I had thought of it. He may be a good play at Augusta next week as well. Since i didn't get down on Billy Andrade I'll pull for you to win with Janzen.

Goosen -140 def Cink
Janzen -120 def Rollins
Tway -150 def Petterson

Fingerlakes glad you enjoyed your stay .
Played Grand Cypress Did you like the links?
That course is very very nice. My buddy runs Metro West Golf Course around the corner from Universal and he told me the super at that course pulls in about $140,000 a year to run that place. Have yet to get on it myself. Also know the guy who teaches horseback riding at Grand Cypress and its not unheard of him getting $500 tips for a weeks lessons. Think I should at least get 2 of these guys to play well today. Next weeks match-ups should be interesting. Couples did a good job of righting the ship yesterday I realy think he is getting his game back.

Played the North/South combo at Grand Cypress and it was beautiful and difficult. $180 green fee, but a soda co. rep picked up the tab. Fairway and greenside bunkering very penal as at most Nicklaus courses. Once i put the driver in the bag and went to the 2 iron off the tee i was ok. i thought Keene's point was nicer, but i played better that day and the fairways there are wider and i wasn't hooking my driver. $ 100 green fee there that was picked up by meat co. rep. All in all i made out like a bandit. This important note ; on course beers were $6 at grand Cypress and $4 at Keene's Point. The company reps that were paying wouldn't even let us buy beers. A beautiful thing.

added Sat match ( for total score after 72 holes )
found this at Oly

Couples -130 over Franco
